At New Look Home, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions supported by our delivery partners. If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout or after placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Belgium: 2–7 business days

  • European Union: 5–15 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the size or weight of the order.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

New Look Home is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

For damaged deliveries, please include photographs of the packaging and product when contacting us.

Furniture Deliveries

Large furniture items may require additional delivery time due to their size and handling requirements. In some cases, delivery appointments may be arranged with the customer.
